We took the name from a simple belief: the best rises.
Cream Digital started in Miami as a marketing agency — and kept evolving with one constant: doing the unglamorous operational work that actually grows a business. Today that means AI infrastructure. Voice agents on the phones, SMS agents on the follow-up, automation in the back office.
Most of our clients run businesses where a missed call is a missed patient, case, or claim — dental practices, law firms, clinics, insurers. They don’t need an AI experiment. They need their phones answered, their leads worked, and their nights quiet. That’s the job we take off their hands.
And because we believe in the work, we run our own brands on the same systems — six of them and counting.
