Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Cream Digital Marketing, LLC (“Cream Digital”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit creamdigital.ai, fill out a form, request a demo call or text, or otherwise contact us, and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.

Who this policy covers

This policy covers creamdigital.ai and your communications with Cream Digital. When we build and run AI systems for our clients, such as an AI receptionist that answers a clinic’s phones, we handle the information of our clients’ customers on our clients’ behalf, under our agreements with them. In that case the client’s own privacy policy applies, and questions about that information should go to the client first.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the message you write.
• Demo request: your first and last name, phone number, email address, industry, and the demo you chose (a call or a text, and the type of AI agent).
• Calls, texts, and emails with us: what you say or write, and the phone number or email address you use. Calls with our AI agents, including demo calls, may be recorded and transcribed.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time.
• Analytics: when enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It uses cookies and collects details such as your device, browser, approximate location, and pages viewed. See Cookies and analytics.

The site does not currently use advertising cookies or advertising pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

• To answer your inquiry and schedule the free AI audit or call you asked for.
• To deliver the demo you requested: our AI agent calls or texts the number you gave us.
• To follow up about your request and, if you are interested, about our services. You can opt out at any time (see Your choices and rights).
• To run, secure, and improve the website and our AI systems, including reviewing call recordings and transcripts for quality.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights and the rights of others.

Text messages and calls

When you request a demo call or text, or give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, you agree that Cream Digital may call and text you at that number about your request, including with an AI (artificial) voice or automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Messages are about the demo or inquiry you requested.
• Message frequency varies. A demo request is usually a single conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (786) 981-8115 or info@creamdigital.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Calls with our AI agents may be recorded and transcribed.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exceptions are the service providers that deliver our calls and messages for us.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers that operate parts of our business for us: website hosting, email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics), CRM and workflow automation, telephone and text carriers, the AI voice and text platforms that place and handle demo calls and messages, and AI model providers that process conversation content to generate responses. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Cream Digital, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• With your consent, or at your direction.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies of its own. When Google Analytics is enabled, Google sets analytics cookies to measure visits. Google’s use of this information is described at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and demo information for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver the demo, follow up on your request, and keep business records. Call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed for quality review and records. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you. Server logs and analytics data are kept for the periods our hosting and analytics providers set.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections to the site and limited access to the systems that hold your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Calls and email: tell us, or email info@creamdigital.ai, and we will stop.
• Access, correction, and deletion: email us to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor requests as those laws require, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so here before it takes effect.
