SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to text messages sent by Cream Digital Marketing, LLC (“Cream Digital”, “we”, “us”) to people who ask to hear from us. By opting in to texts, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.

1. The Cream Digital text messaging program

Cream Digital is an AI agency in Miami, Florida. We send text messages to people who request an AI demo, opt in on a form on creamdigital.ai, or text us first. Some of our messages are written and sent by an AI agent, which is part of what we build and demonstrate.

2. Types of messages you will receive

• Replies to your inquiry or demo request
• Scheduling and confirmations for calls, demos, and the free AI audit
• Appointment reminders
• Customer support and answers to your questions
• For a text demo, a conversation with our AI agent

We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this consent. If we ever offer them, we will ask for that consent separately.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your request. A demo is usually a single conversation. Follow-up about an inquiry continues only while it is open, and stops when you reply STOP.

4. How you opt in

You agree to receive texts from us when you do any of the following:

• Check the text message consent box on our contact form
• Check the consent box and request a text demo in the demo on our home page
• Text us first, which we treat as consent to reply about your message

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our contact form, call us, or email us without agreeing to texts.

5. How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. Replies of STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT also work. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start again, reply START or opt in again on our website.

7. Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan; contact your carrier with questions about your plan.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our messages for us. 10. Eligibility and your number

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. This program is for U.S. mobile numbers. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP first so we do not text the next person who has it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep receiving messages after a change, the updated terms apply. You can reply STOP at any time.
