These terms govern your use of creamdigital.ai (the “site”), operated by Cream Digital Marketing, LLC (“Cream Digital”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Cream Digital is an AI agency based at 7252 NW 70th St, Miami, FL 33166. We build and run AI systems for businesses, including AI front desks, workflow automation, back office services, and lead generation.

2. Client work is covered by separate agreements

These terms cover the website only. When a business hires Cream Digital, the work is governed by the signed agreement or order for that engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could harm the site or other people
• Submit anyone else’s name, phone number, or email address in our forms or demo
• Use the demo to call or text a number you are not authorized to use
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or our AI agents, or interfere with how they work
• Copy, scrape, or resell the site’s content except as these terms allow

4. AI demos and AI-generated content

The demo on our home page lets you receive a call or text from one of our AI agents. Demos show how the technology works; they are examples, not a service agreement. AI agents can misunderstand or make mistakes, and nothing an AI agent says during a demo is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Demo calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can deliver and improve the demo.

5. Text messages and calls

If you opt in to text messages or request a demo call or text, our SMS Terms & Conditions apply. You can reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help at any time. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.

6. Blog posts and other information

Articles, case studies, and other content on the site are general information about our work and our industry. They are not professional advice for your situation, and they may not reflect later changes.

7. Our content and brands

The site’s text, design, graphics, and code, and the names and logos of Cream Digital and its brands, such as Medical Supplai, Lead Supplai, and Property Supplai, belong to Cream Digital or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, with a link back to the site. Any other use needs our written permission. Client names and logos belong to those clients.

8. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the site and how we use it.

9. Links to other sites

The site links to websites we do not control, including the sources we cite. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. No warranties

The site, its content, and the demos are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the site or the demos will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cream Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or the demos. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Cream Digital’s reasonable losses and costs from a claim caused by your misuse of the site, including submitting someone else’s contact information.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
