Scope of work
What did Wolfson & Leon hire Cream Digital to do?
Wolfson & Leon is a Miami personal injury firm. Its cases move through intake, treatment, demands, and sometimes litigation, and each stage depends on documents, deadlines, and handoffs between staff. The firm hired Cream Digital to build a case platform around those stages, with AI that reads records and cites its sources, and then to grow the firm’s visibility in search and AI assistants.
- Move every case through gated stages from intake to closing
- Read medical records, bills, and court orders with AI that cites its sources
- Track statute-of-limitations dates, liens, and litigation deadlines
- Launch a bilingual website and ads that follow Florida Bar advertising rules
What we did
What did Cream Digital build for Wolfson & Leon?
- 01
Case platform with gated stages
Intake, Opening, Case Management, Pre-Litigation, Litigation, and Closing, with handoffs that cannot be skipped, role-based access, and a full audit log.
- 02
AI document review
Every uploaded record is read with OCR and Claude in about 15 to 30 seconds. The platform classifies it, pulls out providers and bills, and shows what is still missing from the file.
- 03
Deadlines and compliance
A litigation cockpit calculates service and discovery deadlines and pulls dates from court orders for staff to confirm. A compliance center flags statute-of-limitations dates and open liens.
- 04
Closing statements
Fees are computed from the retainer the client actually signed, with a workflow for medical bill reductions.
- 05
Firm Memory
The AI learns the firm’s rules from how staff work, but a rule only takes effect after repeated evidence and staff approval, and client names are scrubbed out first.
- 06
Voice intake agent
Lily, an AI intake agent whose answers come from a knowledge base of more than 40 answers dictated by the firm’s attorney.
- 07
Website and ChatGPT Ads landing pages
A bilingual English and Spanish site for the Hialeah office built to our AI-First SEO standard, plus car accident and slip-and-fall landing pages for ChatGPT Ads.
- 08
Marketing engine
An AI content dashboard that researches, writes with Florida Bar advertising rules in every prompt, and publishes to the website, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
