Scope of work

What did RadiusDocs hire Cream Digital to do?

Radius TeleMed wanted to automate the medical paperwork that eats a clinician’s week and a law firm’s case budget. The first scope covered five documents generated from uploaded records: IME reports, FMLA forms, medical necessity letters, progress notes with ICD-10 and CPT codes, and prior authorizations. The next phase turned it into a record-review and chronology platform for personal injury attorneys. Then Radius needed customers for it.

  • Generate medical documents from uploaded records and templates
  • Build a multi-tenant record-review and chronology platform
  • Launch the marketing site, video, and paid campaigns
  • Turn ad traffic into trial signups without a sales call

What we did

What did Cream Digital build for RadiusDocs?

  1. 01

    Document automation MVP (2025)

Upload records, templates, and face sheets, then generate finished documents as PDF or Word. Accounts, subscriptions and credits through Stripe, template management, history, and email delivery.

  2. 02

    Record review and chronology platform

Multi-file and ZIP upload, OCR, AI that flags irrelevant pages, an auto-generated medical chronology, answers that cite the source page, and role-based access for firm teams.

  3. 03

    Website, video, and tutorials

The radiusdocs.ai marketing site with long-form articles, a seven-part “How to use” video series, a 93-second video sales letter, and a machine-readable summary so AI search can describe the product correctly.

  4. 04

    Meta and Google campaigns

Campaigns for personal injury attorneys and medical practices, a dedicated Google Ads landing page, and monthly creative refreshes. Budget moved to the keywords that converted, led by “medical record summary.”

  5. 05

    Free-trial conversion rebuild

When Google visitors reached signup and stopped, we rebuilt the offer in about four and a half days: a 14-day free trial with 1,000 free pages, no credit card, Google sign-up, and Terms and BAA accepted inside signup.

  6. 06

    Marketing dashboard

One dashboard for leads, AI text conversations with human takeover, reply alerts, GA4, a video and creative studio, and texting-consent rules enforced on every outbound channel.

“You do have a very good grasp of what doctors are looking for, because your dad's a doctor, and you've seen that sort of perspective. And you and I — we've had enough conversations where you understand my mindset, what I'm trying to accomplish for clients here. … And MediClarity, the app — I love it. I think it's a great idea.”
