What did Voice Palace hire Cream Digital to do?

A GoHighLevel agency serving more than 300 client businesses was running its AI voice and text agents on a third-party platform that capped concurrent calls and struggled with outbound. It wanted a platform of its own that kept every existing GoHighLevel workflow working. Cream Digital scoped the core build in May 2026.

    Voice agents on Retell and a turn-taking text engine on Twilio and OpenAI, with human takeover and hand-back to the AI.

    Campaigns with number pools, A2P 10DLC texting registration, and GoHighLevel calendar booking.

    Credit wallet

    Stripe billing with prepaid credits, auto-recharge, and a percentage markup the agency controls.

    Creates a complete branded copy of the platform for each partner agency, with its own database, code, hosting, and billing.
